Embrace a Life of Positivity and Purpose

Hear me, you who know what is right, you people who have taken my instruction to heart: "Do not fear the reproach of mere mortals or be terrified by their insults." (Isaiah 51:7)

Often, when we face rejection, humiliation, insult, or setbacks, we conclude that we are under God's curse. However, that's not the case. The fact is that our destiny and purpose in life often demand that we pass through these challenges to qualify for greater tasks.

We face rejection to learn independence, humiliation to learn endurance, insult to understand kindness, and setbacks to gain strength, hope, and perseverance. The chosen ones don't face obstacles without reason; whatever a chosen person is passing through is for a greater purpose.

Every chosen person should not be afraid of pain, suffering, struggle, hardship, setback, or disappointment. These things are preparing you for a greater purpose and won't stay with you forever.

Sometimes, obstacles linger longer than they should because we fail to embrace them and learn from them. They were never meant to break us, but they will never leave until we've obtained their purpose in our lives.

Every chosen person should learn to pay attention to their natural surroundings because the answers we seek are often right in front of us. However, we fail to break free when we're meant to because we focus too much on the problems rather than their purpose in our lives.

Understanding who you are and your mission on earth helps you understand what you're passing through at a particular point in time. That's why one should seek inner understanding of who they really are and discover their purpose on earth.

"But their insults cannot hurt me because the Sovereign Lord gives me help; I brace myself to endure them." (Isaiah 50:7) This Bible verse should become your affirmation when facing insults and humiliation in life. Always stand strong in God's promise, for He never lies. Be courageous, focused, and determined to do His bidding.

Don't be discouraged, child of God; the Sovereign Lord gives you strength to endure till the end. Remember the great men and women of scripture, the heroes of ages past; life was never easy for them in the beginning, but the end was full of victory. Learn to trust and depend on God, for He alone knows what's best for you.

When it seems like it's all over, remind Him of His word and see miracles flow nonstop. Often, we suffer not because we should, but because we fail to anchor God's word to Him and affirm His promises in our lives. When the situation becomes unbearable, remember God's word in Isaiah 49:7: "Kings will see you released and will rise to show their respect; princes also will see it and bow low to honor you."

This will happen because the Lord has chosen His servant, and the Holy God of Israel keeps His promises. When you doubt God's word, remember Joseph's story in the Bible. He was deeply despised, enslaved, hated, and imprisoned, but the enemy didn't know they were preparing him for a greater purpose.

Child of God, when life seems confusing, remember the lives of our great ancestors in the Bible; they never failed, and God never disappointed them. I pray that God grants you wisdom, understanding, and greater insight, and the courage to endure to the end in Jesus' name. Amen.
