Why You Feel Sad And Angry At Times Without Knowing The Reason

Negative emotions can be described as any feeling which causes you to be miserable and sad. These emotions make you dislike yourself and others, and reduce your confidence and self-esteem, and general life satisfaction.
Negative emotions stop us from thinking and behaving rationally and seeing situations in their true perspective. Negative emotions can dampen our enthusiasm for life, depending on the way we choose to express them.
Dealing with negative emotions inappropriately can be harmful; it can destroy the very foundation of our happiness and joy. One has to learn and understand why he feels the way he feels at a particular point in time in order to ground his emotion.
Most often we feel bad, not because we have wronged someone or that someone has wronged us in any way. Most often some of us try to find out why they feel that way but can't. Some kind of be like… “why am I so sad? Why am I angry at myself? Why am I angry at everyone around me? Why do I hate? Why do I feel so jealous and bitter?”
Well all this negative thought and feelings come to every living being on Earth whether rich or poor, slaves and masters, free or not. It comes to everyone at a particular point in time for a very good reason which I'm going to disclose in this blog post.
Bravo! Reading to this extent shows that you're inquisitive to know why you feel sad, angry, jealous, better… without the cause. Don't worry I am here to help you out but before I disclose these reasons I want to let you know that feeling woeful without knowing the cause is not evil, stop demonizing your emotions, what you feel is just there to help you balance your life and to be more productive.
Why You Feel Woeful At Times Without Knowing The Cause.
Number 1
Entering Into New Awakening.
When you're about to enter into a new level of your life when a new chapter of your life is about to unlatch you're likely to feel woeful because unlocking your new self is doing away with the person you are currently. Your present person is not happy about that, the way you feel that moment is the work of your five senses. The body does not care about you becoming a better person and that is why he makes you feel woeful so that you will not see what is coming, he will get you distracted through negative emotions so that you will be unable to hear the tiny voice of your subconscious mind and if you're too busy to pay attention to your inner self it will destroy you completely.
Our five senses has nothing to do with greatness, he doesn't care if you become a better person or not, our five senses does not care if you succeed or fail in life all he cares and does is to eat, drink, party, flex and sleep and he is ready to fight anything that will contravene him that is why the scripture says that the spirit and the body are two constant enemy living together.
When Christ said that your worst enemy will be a member of your own family he is not literally talking about the family you exit from or the one you created but of your own self.
The body is powerful, the mind is powerful and the subconscious mind is the most powerful. The mind and subconscious mind are both stronger than the body but they both are submissive to obedience. The mind can not contradict what you feed him with just as the subconscious mind will not hesitate to carry out what the mind delivers.
No one knows this any better than your five senses. That is why he makes you feel woeful so that you will not pay attention to your inner self.
When you feel jealous and angry at someone even when they have done nothing to you just know that it is your inner self trying to pass a message across. Your inner self is trying to let you know that there's something special about a particular person or people that you need for your new version to appear but your five senses will make you get jealous of that person or people, he will make you feel so sad, angry, bitter…
Your five senses are doing all this just because he doesn't want you to meet with your new awakening.

Healing Of Past Trauma.
Most often when we're being used, when people kick us around we often let go without trying to heal. We try to prove that we are strong by letting go of the emotion that follows the situation without feeling it first.
When people hurt you and you feel like crying don't try to hold yourself from doing that, when you're being maltreated and you feel like locking yourself up for days and cry do just that for that is the only way you can heal completely and not have to feel those negative energies in the future.
When a friend or someone hurts you emotionally and you feel negative energies around you at that moment and you don't allow it to flow; in the future whenever you come across an event or a content in the internet that looks similar to that wrong which your friend or someone did to you. You know what will happen? you will begin to feel those negative energies again why? Because at the initial time you didn't acknowledge those emotions, instead you tried to fight it and you didn't allow it to flow in order to heal completely.
Some of the negative energies you feel today is as a result of the past trauma that you're not yet completely healed from.

Comparing Yourself With Others.
Most often we scroll through social media without minding how what we see or watch affects our well-being. We most often go to social media and begin scrolling through people's luxurious images and lifestyles instead of looking for information that will help us improve in our work life.
If your purpose of being on social media is to always scroll through people's image and luxury lifestyle you have to stop darling literally you just have to stop because that will be affecting you emotionally, it will make you feel so drained because you will be comparing yourself with what you see.
Most often after scrolling through people's lives on social media you're kind of like, why is my life so miserable? Why is my life not like this person?
The truth is that almost 99.9% of what we see on social media are not real. The achievement, the cars, the houses, the luxury lifestyles, most of them are just the work of artificial intelligence and a graphic designer they're not real literally.
Stop comparing yourself with what you see on social media because in real life you're far more better than some of those people you're comparing yourself with.
In my earlier stage in life I used to do these things, comparing myself with what I see not only on social media but in real life. When I see people looking so rich and successful I kind of be like; why not me? Why's my life not like this person? And after thinking this way I will feel so drained and dejected.
As I was growing through wisdom, knowledge and understanding I get to realize the importance of dressing modestly. I learnt the importance of taking good care of yourself and I started looking good, wearing a good but not expensive dress, wearing alluring perfumes and looking very attractive.
When I started living this way you know what happened? I started feeling good about myself, I stopped comparison, I started loving myself the more and even start working more hard to improve more but I will always get drained whenever I come across those people living a luxury lifestyle on social media I will begin to comparing myself again with theirs but that come to an end one day when I was walking down the street I observed this guy that will always look at me and feel cheated in life because of the way I dress.
This guy was living in his own apartment, he is the one feeding himself while I live with my poor parents. My parents are the one feeding me why this guy is the one feeding himself and also pays house rent. Have you seen that this guy is more successful than I'm but because of my Outlook he thought I am far better than him? He will often wear himself out when he sees me walking on the street.
I will always say to myself “had it been that this guy knows what I am passing through in life he will never compare himself with me because he is doing better than me. He is the one catering for himself, why I get most of my needs from my parents and I don't have to spend my own money often.
This event made me stop comparing myself with what I see on social media knowing fully well that most of them are not real.
Number 4
Too Much Information.
For instance if you want to establish a business and you start reading a lot of content that talks about that business it will lead to frustration and discouragement and Thai can make you feel woefully. Sometimes even while searching for more information before we start a particular business we might come across another business opportunity that will distract us from the one we are working on currently and when this happens we end up doing nothing at all we end up without even making an attempt to any. Too much information can cause a lot of harm to us and our dreams in life. The earlier you avoid such habits the better.

Tips: Whenever you feel woefully without knowing the cause do this immediately: take pen and paper, write what your emotions are like, that is how you feel at the moment after writing it down on paper. Now ask yourself this question. “Why do I feel this way?” Immediately you ask yourself this know what will happen? Your mind will take that question and transfer it to your subconscious mind which will now take action immediately to find out while you feel that way. All you have to do after asking yourself this question is to go into deep meditation, pay close attention to your inner self and I bet you within some few minutes or hours depending on how focused and concentrated you're you will get the right answer to your question.
